# Hello World!

> ✨A quick update from me as well as showcasing the updates made to the site! ✨

## Hey people or bots who read this

I just wanted to give an update on here as it's been a while since I last posted on here. I have been working on all kinds of projects recently for my other websites as well as networking projects. I will try to create speciifc blog posts for each of my recent projects later on but I wanted to take thsi opportunity to also showcase the new features and layout of the site. I hope to add more to it soon as well as impliment a comment feature in the near future. But for now I have created a new layout for Desktop view to hopefully make a better reading expirence, as well as transitioned the back end to use HTML articles rather than before I was using markdown which just was not working.

### what's been changed?

*list of things that have changed*

1. new desktop layout

2. HTML based articles (was markdown before)

3. better management for my sake

4. cleaned up codebase a lot

for a fill list of stuff feel free to check out the Github for this site.

I have also hopefully improved the speed of this site with the recent changes to loading data as well.
